Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about how it all works? We've got answers. Explore our most common inquiries about membership, the facility, and our policies.

General & Membership

What exactly is The Village Green?

We are a private, members-only indoor golf facility designed for practice and game improvement. Think of us as a gym for your golf swing. We provide 24/7 access to professional-grade simulators in a clean, comfortable, and community-focused environment, without the high costs of a country club or the crowded atmosphere of a simulator bar.

Is the facility really unstaffed? How does that work?

Yes, our 24/7 unstaffed model is key to providing flexibility and value. Members receive a secure key fob for access at any time. While there isn't a full-time attendant, the founder, John Navarro, is frequently on-site during peak hours and weekends. For safety, the entire facility is monitored by 24/7 security cameras and includes emergency panic buttons linked directly to a professional monitoring service.

What are "Rollover Hours"?

We understand that life can get busy. If you don't use all of your guaranteed monthly hours, they automatically roll over to the next month. These rollover hours have a 30-day rolling expiration, giving you extra flexibility to catch up on your practice time.

How does the "Free Standby" perk work?

If you see an open bay in our booking system within the next 90 minutes, you can come in and use it for free without it counting against your monthly hours. This perk is a great way to squeeze in extra practice during off-peak times and rewards spontaneous play.

The Facility & Technology

What kind of simulators do you use?

We use commercially licensed Uneekor EYE MINI Lite launch monitors. These are professional-grade systems trusted by instructors and serious golfers for their accuracy and detailed data feedback. Combined with top-tier simulation software like GSPro, they provide a realistic and immersive practice experience.

Do I need to bring my own clubs and golf balls?

Yes, members are expected to bring their own clubs. To protect our high-quality impact screens, we require that you use clean, unmarked golf balls. We will have premium balls available for purchase if needed. We also have a complimentary "grab-bag" of quality used clubs for guests to use.

Is there a place to hang out besides the simulator bays?

Absolutely. We have a comfortable lounge area with seating, a TV, and a community fridge. It's a great place to relax before or after your session, or to socialize with other members.

Booking & Policies

How do I book a time slot?

All booking is handled through our simple online member portal, powered by GymMaster. You can view availability and reserve your time from your phone or computer. Higher-tier members get earlier access to the booking calendar each month, ensuring they can secure prime-time slots.

What is your cancellation policy?

To ensure fair access for all members, we require you to cancel at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel within this window, the hours are credited back to your account. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booked hours.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! We encourage you to bring friends. Our Birdie Club and Eagle Elite memberships include complimentary monthly guest passes. All guests must be registered online and sign a liability waiver before their visit. The hosting member is fully responsible for their guest's conduct and adherence to all facility rules.

Is alcohol allowed?

To maintain a safe and practice-focused environment, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited on the premises. This is a core part of our Member Code of Conduct.
